Welcome to Élura Skin Clinic. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and best possible experience for all clients.

1. Consultations & Medical Information

All clients must complete a consultation form before treatment.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date medical information, including any medications, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancies, or changes in health.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment suitability and results.
Élura Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

2. Treatment Suitability

Treatment recommendations are based on professional assessment and individual client needs.
Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.
Multiple treatments may be required to achieve desired outcomes.
Clients must follow all pre-care and aftercare advice provided to maximise results and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.

3. Booking & Deposits

A booking fee or deposit may be required to secure an appointment.
Deposits are redeemable against the cost of treatment unless otherwise stated.
Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or appointment changes.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the booking fee/deposit.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show and the booking fee/deposit will be retained.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings requiring full payment in advance.

5. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their treatment time reduced to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may be subject to cancellation charges.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic and skin treatments, refunds cannot be provided for treatments already carried out.
Products purchased may only be returned if faulty or damaged.
Treatment courses, packages, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by law.

7. Treatment Results

Individual results vary based on factors including skin type, lifestyle, medical history, adherence to aftercare, and treatment consistency.
Élura Skin Clinic does not guarantee specific results from any treatment.

8. Adverse Reactions

While every effort is made to ensure treatments are performed safely, all aesthetic and skin treatments carry potential risks and side effects.
Clients must notify the clinic immediately if they experience any unexpected or concerning reactions following treatment.

9. Children & Guests

For health and safety reasons, children and additional guests should not attend appointments unless agreed in advance.
Clients under the age of 18 may require parental consent for certain treatments and some treatments may not be available to minors.

10. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
Expiry dates apply where specified.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal information is collected solely for consultation, treatment, communication, and record-keeping purposes.
All client information is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Client photographs will only be used for marketing purposes with written consent.

12. Right to Refuse Treatment

Élura Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment or terminate appointments where:

Medical contraindications are present.
A client fails to follow pre-treatment instructions.
Inappropriate, aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour occurs.
Treatment is considered unsuitable or unsafe.

13. Amendments

Élura Skin Clinic reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available upon request and may be displayed on our website or booking platform.
